Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and development. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, providing solutions, preparing and presenting reports, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Client Communication skills
• Ability to understand and analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
