As our Outlet Supervisor, you will work closely with the Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth service, happy guests, and a motivated team. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, take on leadership responsibilities, and grow with a fast-expanding brand.
You'll be responsible for :
- Supervising daily front-of-house operations
- Leading and motivating the service team to meet brand standards
- Assisting in staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Handling guest queries and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Maintaining operational flow during peak hours
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace policies
We're looking for someone who is :
