Outlet Supervisor

Job Responsibility

• Contribute to the increase in kiosk and branch sales.
• Customer Service : Answer inquiries and provide assistance to customers, even though DobiQueen is a self-service laundromat.
• Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) Service :
• Assist customers with washing and drying their clothes.
• Free Transfer Service : Transfer customers' clothes from washer to dryer.
• Easy Folding Service : Fold clothes with an easy technique to prevent wrinkles for Free Transfer and DOPU services (no charge).
• Folding Service : Fold clothes according to company SOP (charges apply, and employees receive commission).
• Maintain branch cleanliness during working hours.
• Prepare daily reports â Opening, Closing, and DobiQueen Product Sales.
• Manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & photocopying).
• Handle branch equipment (e.g., gas, pump) to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to and cooperate with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed.
• Work independently in the branch, as if you are the branch owner No issues or conflicts with other employees
