Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicle options tailored to their preferences.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process by explaining product features, making comparisons, and highlighting upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on automotive products, technology trends, inventory arrivals, features, and accessories.
- Present detailed product information and conduct professional vehicle demonstrations for potential buyers.
- Arrange and supervise test drives, ensuring proper identification and compliance with dealership policies.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation for delivery, ensuring cleanliness, sufficient fuel levels, and full functionality of all features.
- Assist with used vehicle inspections and related processes.
- Prepare and submit documentation for loan and financing applications.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining all operational functions, warranty details, and supporting documents.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and continuous training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and strong customer relationships.Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.Capable of conducting test drives with manual and automatic vehicles, including motorcycles.Willingness to travel for customer appointments beyond the inspection hub.Solid understanding of automotive brands, models, features, and components.Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities.Must hold a valid Class B2 and Class D driving license.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.Open to fresh graduates with a passion for automotive sales.Job Type : Full-time
