Job Summary
To support the Network Development team in tasks such as coordination with dealers. This position exists to assist in the expansion and optimization of the network, as well as in managing dealer relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Job Responsibilities
Documentation & Reporting :
- Prepare, update, and file documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
Administrative Support :
Provide administrative and operational support to senior members of the Sales & Network Development team.Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.Dealer Relationship Management :
Assist in maintaining and managing relationships with dealers.Support communication and follow-up activities with dealers to strengthen partnerships.Data Management :
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to retail performance, dealer operations, and market trends.Provide insights to support strategic planning and reporting.Qualification
Qualification & Education :
Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.Experience :
1 – 3 years of working experience in administration, sales support, preferably in AUTOMOTIVE industry, or related fields.Technical Knowledge / Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiar with systems / tools used to manage dealer relationships, track performance, and maintain records.People Knowledge / Skills :
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.Good communication skills with strong command of English (both written and spoken).Attention to details and willingness to learn proactively.
