Job Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming calls and provide timely, professional assistance to customers regarding vehicle insurance plans.
- Deliver expert guidance on car insurance products to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize essential documents for both internal use and external communication.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and support the administration and accounts departments as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as delegated by your immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements & Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a customer-facing or administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong sense of responsibility, excellent multitasking abilities, and solid interpersonal communication skills.Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.Willing to be based in Telok Panglima Garang.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
