We are seeking an experienced business growth and operation specialist with a proven track record in developing and executing key business initiatives that can help WorldFirst to establish itself as the market leader in cross border payment solutions for businesses in Malaysia. This newly created role reports directly to the country manager and offers a great opportunity to make a major impact on the performance of the business in Malaysia.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with key stakeholders to align business performance with company objectives and identify areas of growth / improvement that can bring significant commercial contribution.
• Create and execute initiatives to drive business growth / operations improvement, including analysis of data, market trends & competitors research, drafting business requirements documents, GTM plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement agreed initiatives.
• Track and monitor performance of key initiatives, and drive insights and actions via data analytics & feedback gathering.
• Gather feedback from customers, partners, and sales / marketing teams on product enhancements, new features and capabilities, and strive to position WorldFirst solutions as best in class in Malaysia.
• Bridge product knowledge for sales / marketing teams by conducting commercial trainings on new product features / launches, focusing on value proposition, target audience and competitive analysis, and creating product documentation, feature guides, and customer‑facing materials aligned with product specifications.
• Support ad‑hoc key business initiatives / projects.
