JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure daily cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance at the ramen outlet in line with QAQC and food safety standards.
- Manage daily stock of ramen ingredients, toppings, packaging, and disposables — place timely orders and minimize wastage.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent customer service in a high-volume, quick-service environment.
- Supervise and coordinate with service crews during peak and off-peak hours.
- Prepare and rotate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Report directly to the Operation Manager on daily operations, customer feedback, and any operational issues.
- Monitor sales performance, queue times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports on sales, wastage, staffing, and customer incidents.
- Strictly follow company SOPs for food handling, cash management, opening / closing procedures, and uniform standards.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management (e.g., assisting during rush hours, mystery audits, promotional events).

Working Hours : Daily 7.5 hours + OT , including weekends & public holidays.
(One flexible rest day per week, scheduled between Monday to Friday)
