WhatsApp / CPaaS Automation Engineer (WATI / 360dialog / MessageBird / Gupshup)

Own end-to-end WABA ops : number registration, template approvals, quality rating, analytics across multiple BSPs.

Build integrations to CRM, email, and Telegram using REST APIs / webhooks (Postman) and light Node.js / Python scripting.

Design onboarding / broadcast / support automations and CTWA funnels; enforce Meta policies (24-hour session, opt-in).

Manage phone-number migration between BSPs with minimal reputation / quality risk.

Train sales / call centre on inbox usage, tagging, SLAs, and compliance.

Must-have : 2–5+ years hands‑on with ≥2 BSPs and ≥1 CPaaS; WhatsApp templates (variables / buttons), webhooks & REST APIs, CTWA experience, basic Node.js / Python.

Nice-to-have : HubSpot / Zendesk admin, AWS SES / Brevo, ManyChat / Telegram, VoIP (Voiso / Aircall), dashboards / SQL.
