Working hour : 8am~5pm
Language : Mandarin, English (both oral and written)

Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Head in daily accounting tasks and operations.
- Prepare and input invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Follow up on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and checking ledger entries.
- Organize and file accounting documents for future reference or audit.
- Support month-end closing, report preparation, and tax documentation under the guidance of the Account Head.
- Handle data entry in the accounting system and perform general administrative duties.
- Coordinate with other departments on accounting-related matters when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting Systems such as SQL or other similar systemsGood command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.Exposure in food and beverage operations is an added advantageTeam player with problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsAble to work with minimal supervisionApplication questions
