In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our clients and our recruitment team — ensuring smooth service delivery, matching the right talent to the right opportunities, and building strong client relationships. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, and client management, while developing your career in the people industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support assigned client accounts, making sure their recruitment needs are met on time.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Team on workforce planning and candidate placements.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and extensions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the main contact point between clients and internal teams for smooth communication.
- Follow up on agreements, purchase orders, and contract renewals.
- Handle client feedback or issues with professionalism.
- Provide progress reports and updates to the Key Account Manager.
- Support other HR or recruitment-related projects when needed.
