Job Responsibilities :
- To continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate
- Review customer QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for a project meets contractual requirements.
- Review and approve supplier and sub‐contractor quality control documentation to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements.
- To coordinate and control the day-to-day operations of inspection personnel, so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment, ensuring all plant and equipment is safely operated.

- To develop plan and coordinate internal configuration / product audits and ensure corrective actions implemented by all parties.
- To control and direct all QC resources, operations and facilities in order to adhere to project programmes.
- To manage and direct a team of skilled, semi‐skilled and technically based individuals through sound personnel practices such as Performance management, Relevant and effective inductions, Identification of training needs, Coaching & Discipline.
- Manage and control all quality control activities in accordance with identified Quality Assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications and contract requirements.
- Support the Director, Quality and Engineering (when requested) in discussion of technical details with the Material, Purchasing, Product Development, Production, Quality, Special Process, Business Development, Sheet Metal Fabrications, Operations Excellence, HSE, HR, Finance, suppliers / sub-contractors' team and / or customer.
- To ensure the cleanliness (free of oil, dust, chemicals, etc). of the working environment.
- To monitor and report quality control progress, notifying any predicted shortfall or discrepancies against timescale and budgets.
- Providing accurate and relevant information as required by the business.
- Liaise with the other departments managers to ensure that project contractual and quality requirements within the schedule are supported and maintained through all stages of manufacture as to ensure project completion within the specific schedule.
- Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer focused culture within the organisation.
- Support the development of quality goals and targets as part of the organisation's strategic plan.
- Assist in production of generic and project specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Oversee overall Control Plan, MSA and SPC development and periodic review with multitasking.
- Maintain and update Quality Control related procedures and work instructions when required. Conduct annual review of these documents for the applicability. function team (MFT) as part of the APQP requirement for all programs.
- Conduct staff appraisal, manpower requisition, shortlist candidates and interview for that function related to Quality Control.
- Perform / prepare training needs analysis (TNA) for all the quality control functions and propose training nomination when required.
- Develop and evaluate On-Job training to personal whom involve in quality control functions.
- Perform quality control related KPI settings (align with 1st & 2nd Level Company / Department Strategy Deployment TTIs) and conduct KPI outcome review including countermeasures if not achieved the target on monthly basis.
- Plan and manage budgets the process quality control related budget listing (CAPEX / OPEX) to meet the plan vs actual expenditure.
- Participate in internal auditing for Configuration / Product, NADCAP, QMS and EMS.
What to expect :

Experience and Personality Preference :
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing line, with 5-years of experience in managerial role in any industry with relevant engineering background, preferably in aerospace manufacturing field.Any number of experience year(s) in managerial roll will be an advantage.Knowledge in APQP (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP etc) activities are preferredSkills, Knowledge Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field,Recognized industrial certification in technical equivalent to Bachelor's Degree is acceptable.Working Relationship :
