Responsibilities
Responsible for the operations, maintenance, user access management, change request, enhancements of the company’s ICT systems and applications.
Monitor and manage vendor resolution of incidents and problems, including prioritization and escalation to appropriate groups when appropriate interrupted manner.
Ensure root cause analysis of all problems is conducted and appropriate actions are taken to avoid future incidents.
Manage PR / PO request for new IT application procurement.
Application support on Oracle JD Edwards, PRS, MHUB, UAD, UMS, HRIMS, CDMS, QHSE, Skype, Website, Mobile Apps, Ever Sign, CRM.
Project Management.
Manage the Contract Documents for all the awarded projects, prepare RFI, prepare RFP / RFQ document, prepare board or management paper documents.
Monitors and reports the operation and performance of the organization’s ICT systems and application to ensure efficiency, integrity, and security, while also identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions to any identified problems.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely system related projects delivery.
Participate in UAT & SIT for system projects.
Ensure that the business application systems are developed, maintained, and supported to achieve the efficient and effective delivery of services and information.
Designs and develops web applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle, designing, conducting tests, training, and documentation.
Supports and develops web applications by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
Creating high-level application specifications and design documents defining appropriate technology, workflow, and integration standards for third-party application acquisition.
Ensure acquired solutions meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, scalability, SAGA Standard, PR1MA Audit etc.
Involved in Application Development and implementing approved IT strategies.
Documentations.
Ensure that the ICT System documentation is kept up-to-date and necessary filings are made available on a timely basis.
Monitor and ensure all jobs follow the rules and standard of the Policy, SOP, and ISO standard.
Department Management.
Prepare and manage Service Desk System and jobs / tasks assign been solved within a time frame.
Prepare and manage department yearly budget for application.
Prepare for Vendor Performance Assessment (VPA) review.
