We are looking for a IT Recruiter who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.
Location : Subang Jaya
Responsibilities :
- Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.
- Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.
- Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
- Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.
Qualifications :
Atleast 2 years full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region).#J-18808-Ljbffr
