Location : Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Company with over 40 years of experience in light construction and agricultural equipment.

Qualifications

Diploma in related field or with relevant working experience.

Proficient in accounting & E-Invoice processing.

Hardworking, honest and sincere in the work.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all sales documents – Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Contra Note and Official Receipt prepared and completed timely.
• To send sales invoice, debit note, credit note, contra note and monthly statement to customers.
• Handle monthly inter-company billing.
• Filing all AR documents.
• Make preparation and update monthly projected collection list.
• Prepare monthly ageing to update.
• To ensure all documents completed with credit application for a new customer.
• Timely completion of all scheduled tasks on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior.
