Responsibilities :
Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).Prepare monthly payroll and related statutory contributions using Payroll Software.Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.Monitor and managing e-invoicingAssist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.Support other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2 - 3 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.Knowledge of accounting software (Autocount) is an added advantage.Good understanding of accounting principles and practices, and also e-invoicing.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.Interested candidate may apply online or email your updated resume to : xiaoping@talentrecruit.com.my
