Penerangan pekerjaanScreen calls, manage correspondences, and prepare regular reports Follow up on urgent matters raised in meetings and report to superiors Assist with updating performance reports and coordinating file management with creative teams (e.g., server cleanup checks) Able to work under the pressure of a deadline-driven environment while patiently serving client. Experience in the property / real estate industry or within a creative / advertising agency is a strong advantage. Strong in coordination, communication, and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Ideally has some exposure to architecture or design-related industries (but not required to be an architect) Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and data systems Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field (Architecture / Design background is a plus). At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia Be part of an innovative agency combining property marketing n AI technology Work on exciting projects with developers across Malaysia and overseas markets Grow your skills in one of the fastest-growing fields – AI creativity

What You’ll Do
- Meet clients to discuss the objectives and requirements of the job;
- Interpret the client's business needs and develop creative concept to suit their purpose;
- Estimate the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
- Coordinate timelines and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
- Organize and host meetings, prepare notes, and follow up on action items
- Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate clearly with clients to confirm project details, address issues, and relay feedback to the team
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate project documentation
