Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (advantage) Minimum at least (2‑3) years of working experience in the construction field Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English Own transport & willing to travel from office to various sites as required Knowledge in construction tools and equipment Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving skills Good interpersonal skills and computer literacy Strong site knowledge and ability to solve site issues Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word What's your expected monthly basic salary? How many years' experience do you have as a site supervisor? Do you possess or have access to your own transportation? Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of foreign workers
- Attend project‑related meetings
- Liaise with site managers, clients and subcontractors
- Work under minimum supervision
- Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors
- Manage and supervise day‑to‑day project activities to ensure execution and on‑schedule completion
- Enforce site safety rules to minimise work‑related accidents and injuries
- Ensure good quality of workmanship
- Liaise with QS on measurements, progress claims, payments, variation orders and daily work
- Maintain progress photos of the site
- Willing to operate at site
