SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who is responsible, proactive, and able to manage site operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure all construction activities are carried out according to schedule, safety standards, and project requirements.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.

Ensure work progress follows project schedule and specifications.

Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards at the site.

Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and management.

Prepare daily site reports and update project status.

Solve site-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements :

Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

At least 1–2 years of experience in construction or site supervision.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required.
