Propose & Implement Initiatives to Drive CASA Acquisition
- Propose and implement CASA acquisition initiatives (from conceptualization to implementation) in line with CASA account and customer growth targets set for the financial year
- Work in hand with CSD on sourcing partnerships for new CASA acquisition
- Align decision-making stakeholders from conceptualization to proposals
- Align marketing on creative and communications strategy and execution to be in line with set objectives and timelines
- Align CSD on set and agreed objectives
- Conduct performance reviews of initiatives with Marketing and CSD to lower cost of acquisition from digital channels and improve digital marketing performances
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of new CASA momentum and propose initiatives to close gaps
