HR cum Admin Executive

Overview

Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre – Penang The HR cum admin executive reports directly to the director of Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre from time to time. He / she will be working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure efficient service delivery, whilst driving continuous improvements. Responsibilities

Responsible for effectively managing all branches operational processes and resources, and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence. Manage appropriate staffing, ensure safety standards and SOP are adhered to, implement appropriate strategies and actions to retain a motivated workforce. Qualifications

Minimum : Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Sciences, Psychology, Education, HR, Marketing and Business Management. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional credit for Mandarin speaking candidate. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
