Responsibilities :
- Responsible to perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Responsible to manage online, walk-in and phone reservations.
- Responsible to inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Responsible to register guests with collecting necessary information.
- Responsible to greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Responsible to provide information about available rooms, rates and products at JSK Mantanani Island resorts and Rampayan.
- Responsible to handle and respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible to liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
- Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Hospitality Management / Tourism / Front Office and / or equivalent.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage.Exposure to the reception / admin environment a prerequisite.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must be IT / ISO literate.
