Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers and partners on Weston Robot platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops to showcase robotic applications and product capabilities.
- Engage and work with partners to propose suitable robotic solutions based on their operational requirements.
- Assist in Proof-of-Concept projects and pilot deployments to validate robotic solutions.
- Support deployment, configuration, and integration of robotic platforms in customer environments.
- Provide technical consultations on integrations, sensors, SDK usage, and solution scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest robotic advancements and communicate relevant updates to partners.
- Act as technical bridge between local partners and Weston Robot HQ for requirements, customizations, and solution support.
