Overview

Sales Specialist at My Virtual Mate — Remote, Full-Time. Work Hours : 9am - 5pm Melbourne time. Location : Remote.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or related industries , with a strong understanding of taxation, accounting, or finance . This role focuses on converting qualified leads, building relationships, and driving consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and convert qualified leads into successful partnerships.
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored outsourcing or staffing solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • ✅ Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Specialist , preferably in a financial institution or B2B services setup.
  • ✅ Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and taxation concepts .
  • ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • ✅ Ability to identify client needs and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
  • ✅ Previous experience working with Australian clients or within the AU market will be an added advantage.
  • ✅ Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with international teams.

    • Work-from-Home Requirements

  • Stable internet connection (Minimum 10 MBPS) with backup connection.
  • Laptop / PC with updated OS (Core i5 or higher) + Backup device.
  • Headset with clear microphone.
  • Noise-free work environment during work hours.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for productivity tracking.
  • Not currently employed full-time elsewhere.
