Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicating with customers via call, WhatsApp or email to address inquiries.
• Entering sales orders in the system and coordinating with warehouse for delivery or pick-up.
• Source potential customers and present the company’s products to meet customers’ needs.
