Responsibilities
- STRONG TROUBLESHOOT SKILL ON PC, LAPTOP, PRINTER, CCTV , AND PERIPHERALS RELATED ISSUE
- EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT OFFICE AND OPERATING SYSTEM LIKE WINDOWS 10 AND ABOVE
- PERFORM QUARTERLY WINDOWS UPDATE
- SOFTWARE INSTALLATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING
- SETTING UP / PREPARATION / TROUBLESHOOTING END USERS PC / LAPTOP
- UNDERTAKE ALLOCATED SERVICE REQUEST & HELPDESK TICKET, PROVIDE TIMELY UPDATE TO USERS
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING ON MICROSOFT ACTIVE DIRECTORY CONCEPT
- REGULAR STOCK COUNT ON IT SPARE PART INVENTORY AND TIMELY REPLENISH THE INVENTORY
- PROVIDE ACCURATE PC / LAPTOP / PRINTER INVENTORY. TIMELY PURCHASE REQUIRED UNITS FOR THE DEMAND
- PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR BOTH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ISSUES ON OUR USERS' ENCOUNTERS
