Responsibilities
- To perform daily accounting entries.
- To maintain all accounting records according to existing policies and procedures.
- Perform general accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, handling of petty cash and banking of cash / cheques.
- To reconcile bank statements by comparing against general ledgers.
- Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation, financial data, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction(s).
- Meticulous in details and diligent.
- Prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices and accounting reports, documentations and records.
- Monitor payments from Customers(s).
- Assist management team with ad hoc task(s).
- Able to generate ad hoc reports when required.
- Only required to work 3 days in a week.
Qualifications & Requirements
Possess Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.Proficient in accounting software, Quickbooks.Has 3-5 years working experience.Has good interpersonal skills, is independent and able to communicate well with the team.Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Able to work with tight deadlines.Able to work independently with less supervision.Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Kindly submit your resume by email to or whatsapp to us at .
