Key Responsibilities

• Represent client companies as their extended hiring partner under our outsourcing services.
• Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews and discussions to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Provide insightful market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to innovate and enhance strategies.
• Stay updated on current employment legislation and regulations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
