Role : Account Relationship Executive
As an Account Relationship Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for our merchants — solving problems, uncovering growth opportunities, and making data-driven decisions. Think of it as a blend of consulting, data analysis, and relationship building rolled into one exciting fintech adventure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build Meaningful Relationships : Be the friendly face (or voice) behind our merchants’ success stories.
Solve, Don’t Escalate : Diagnose payment issues and collaborate with Product & Tech teams to resolve them.
Spot Growth Opportunities : Use data dashboards to identify upsell and cross-sell potential.
Run QBRs with Impact : Create and present merchant performance reports packed with key insights.
Champion New Ideas : Be part of pilot launches and shape the future of fintech with your feedback.
Be the Voice of Our Merchants : Share insights, trends and pain points to elevate merchant experience.
Who We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or related fields.
Comfortable working with data and solving problems.
Curious, analytical and eager to learn.
Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus : Familiarity with payment gateways (senangPay, iPay88, Stripe, etc.).
