Senior Finance Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum of 8-10 years' experience managing comprehensive company finance, accounting and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead teams while working independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Capability to handle multiple tasks, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Fluency in both Chinese and English.
What you'll do
- Gain a thorough understanding of business operations and fund flows to identify potential opportunities and risks, ensuring funds are securely managed and accurately reconciled.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes, workflows, and policies.
- Provide support for daily operational needs from a finance perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as operations, marketing, and technology—to design and document detailed business requirements for product features from a financial standpoint.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive business performance and support the financial reporting team.
- Identify and evaluate financial risks related to the cryptocurrency sector, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Lead efforts to optimize financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency, ensuring best practices are adopted organization-wide.
