Finance Manager

Lead the account and finance function and report to Chief Financial Officer

Able to handle full set of accounts independently with minimum supervision.

Familiar with Main Board Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities, MFRS accounting standards and financial reporting.

Coordinate and liaise with the auditors, tax agents and bankers.

Prepare monthly group consolidation accounts and operation matters for the group

Control and monitor daily cash flow, develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting for management

Provide ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management or directors for decision making

Resolve issues reported by the internal auditors on the risk areas and maintain risk register, implement mitigation actions

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent, MIA member will be an added advantage

Minimum 5-8 years’ working experience in the similar capacity, and having working in audit / accounting firm will be an added advantage.

Computer literate, knowledge of construction and property accounting software.
