The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd as an ICT Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to support the company's growth and expansion plans in Malaysia. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various ICT roles within the company.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and selecting candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job fairs, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide recruitment analytics and reporting to track and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
What we're looking for
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the ICT industry.Strong understanding of the local talent market and recruitment best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media and networking.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.If you are passionate about talent acquisition and are ready to contribute to the growth of a leading technology company, we encourage you to apply now.
