Penerangan pekerjaanEmployer Branding : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns and communications to promote employer branding effectively through various platforms and channels, including career microsite, social media, recruitment events Talent Identification : Source and identify candidates who align with our company culture and business needs Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Offer Management : Drive the offer process, including negotiations, extending offers, and securing successful hires Onboarding & Integration : Guide new hires through our onboarding program for seamless integration into the business Employee Engagement : Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture Cross-Functional Collaboration : Enable communication and collaboration across departments to strengthen teamwork Culture Building : Lead programs that grow internal cohesion and reinforce our shared corporate values Event & Outreach : Organise company events and participate in campus outreach to attract future talent Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts or Social Sciences Fresh Graduates / Candidates with up to 3 years of working experience may apply Communicates with clarity and connects easily with people Brings curiosity, drive, and a hunger to keep learning Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change Embraces challenges with a growth mindset and sees them as opportunities to improve Structured Training Program : No experience required; we equip you with the skills to succeed Fast-Track Career Progression : Performance-based promotions in as little as 12–24 months Regional Exposure : Work on cross-border assignments and gain international experience Supportive Team Culture : Mentorship, guidance, and collaboration at every stage of your career
