Operation Assistant Manager to join the team! Job Responsibilities : Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs. Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise. Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time. Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery. Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches. Develop branding strategies for business opportunities. Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity. Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning. Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any relevant field. Minimum a
