Overview
Responsible for managing the project delivery schedule, strictly implementing the basic principles of “delivered by contract and executed according to budget”, and is responsible for project schedule control. Responsible for project scope, schedule, cost, and delivery quality, including detailed planning in the planning phase and monitoring progress and delivery during the implementation phase. Responsible for project compliance operations to ensure delivery complies with the company\'s management systems and regulations. Control major problems and risks of the project, and upgrade and close-loop management of problems and risks beyond the scope of project management. Actively coordinate the relevant roles of the project team and advance the project implementation progress as planned.
Requirements :
- Work experience requires more than 5 years of experience in project management in the telecommunications industry, including civil engineering / external engineering business operation mode and engineering construction, operation and maintenance delivery management and control experience;
- Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, computer, electronics or related majors
Professional Knowledge requirement :
Master the professional knowledge of ten areas of project management. Such as change management, communication management, financial management, risk management, schedule management, scope management, stakeholder management, etc.Familiar with the integrated delivery mode of telecom projects in the industry, and understand the knowledge of contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and business.Familiar with the basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry.Business Skill requirement :
