IT Executive

Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, databases, and cloud platforms.

Install, configure, and update hardware and software components.

Ensure IT systems comply with security protocols and policies.

Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity.

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to minimize downtime.

Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Monitor IT systems for potential security breaches and vulnerabilities.

Enforce cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.

Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.

Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.

Document IT assets and manage inventory.

Collaborate with other teams to implement IT-related projects.

Frequent implementation of continuous improvement in IT related fields.

Key Requirements :

• Candidate must possess working experience in manufacturing industries.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years on Computer Science related fields
• Experience in system & requirement study, system design & implementation is preferred
• Possess initiative and service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Software development is an added advantage
• Programming skills is an added advantage
