We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to take ownership of our paid advertising and performance marketing initiatives. This role requires not just technical expertise but also a strong ability to connect campaign results with business goals. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our B2C presence, driving qualified leads, and ensuring measurable returns on marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Lead content planning and execution for digital ad creatives, ensuring messaging is aligned with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to drive better CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, using advanced analytics and A / B testing methods.
- Collaborate with the content, creative, and automation teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns that guide prospects seamlessly through the funnel.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine customer targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry benchmarks and trends.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to top management, highlighting insights, learnings, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide leadership on ad-hoc marketing projects, ensuring flexibility in delivering results across multiple channels.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable marketing framework that can be applied across future campaigns.
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
What We're Looking For :
Proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation for B2C markets.Strong understanding of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.).Experience in budget management and achieving significant ROAS.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Added advantage : Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation.
