Key responsibilities include :

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage execution of deliverables, monitoring timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Engage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert, taking ownership of key team decisions and cross-team problem-solving.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize innovative project management tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and guide team members to develop capabilities and enhance overall delivery performance.
• Implement best practices in project and program management to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
