Responsibilities
Lead, train and supervise a team of valuers, including assigning tasks, overseeing job progress, and ensuring quality control of all valuation work.
Provide advice and indicative values for all types of properties.
Liaise with clients, bank officers, financial institutions, local authorities, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
Develop new business with banks, business entities, and corporate clients.
Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for various purposes such as sale, purchase, financing, insurance, taxation, and internal decision-making.
Ensure all valuation work complies with Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Assist in the collection of fees and control of operation costs.
Assist Directors in strategic planning, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of valuation services and overall operations.
Requirements
Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
Probationary Valuer or Senior Valuation Executive are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the field is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Willing to travel for site inspections and client meetings as needed.
