Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via live chat.
• Identify customer needs and guide them on features or solutions.
• Update internal databases with customer issues and resolutions.
• Monitor and assist with customer complaints (including on social media).
• Share feature requests and workarounds with the team.
• Inform customers about new features and follow up on issue resolution.
