Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
- Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
- Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
- Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
- Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Open to working in rotational shifts.
Job Requirements
Excellent proficiency in English (verbal, written, and comprehension).SPM or higher qualification.Prior B2B / B2C sales experience will be an added advantage.Strong ability to convert support calls into sales opportunities.Passionate about sales and committed to achieving targets.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Open to local Malaysian candidates.Job Benefits
