Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls only from Singapore customers.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Identify and resolve customer problems effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain professional and positive communication with all customers.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma / Degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Willing to work on rotational shifts (24 / 7, including weekends).
Able to commit to the training and assessment process.
Able to work on weekends and night shifts.
Fluent in English
