The Executive Assistant (EA) provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to managerial staff, ensuring smooth execution of departmental tasks and follow-up matters. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments. The EA will play a key role in supporting corporate financing activities, business development initiatives, and other administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist managers in coordinating daily tasks, follow-ups, and departmental projects.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Support corporate financing tasks such as preparing reports, compiling financial data, and coordinating with external parties (banks, auditors, consultants).
- Assist in business development activities, including research, proposal drafting, and tracking leads.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and business appointments, including venue booking, materials preparation, and minutes taking.
- Follow up on tasks assigned to departments and ensure timely completion.
- Handle ad-hoc errands and operational support as directed by managerial staff.
- Maintain proper records of documents, agreements, and departmental files.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Perform other administrative or support duties as required.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in handling multiple tasks.Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is an advantage).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.Flexible and able to handle ad-hoc assignments efficientlyWhat We Offer
