Overview
To deliver high-level administrative and strategic support to the management team to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives. To manage and drive business projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of strategic objectives. This includes actively supporting organizational change initiatives, conducting thorough research, and developing decision-driven reports and presentations that directly contribute to operational success. Assist in regulatory compliance, corporate filings, and governance matters in collaboration with internal teams and external parties. To serve the secretary role which involves managing confidential documents, license renewal, liaise with company secretary for ensuring the smooth of performing secretarial task. Handling phone calls, emails, customer service-related inquiries and other forms of communication to ensure seamless business operations. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office which involves handling office tasks, managing office supplies, and coordinating day-to-day administration functions. Misc tasks / projects upon assigned.

Qualifications
Job Requirements :Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Good command of English and Mandarin.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Well organized, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, be honest and trustworthy.Required skills : Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
