Position : Production Executive

Salary Package : RM3500 - RM4500

Working Location : Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin

Company Background : Manufacturers Chinese Pharmaceutical Products

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 15pm

Probationary period : 6 months

Annual Leaves Entitlement : 10, 14 & 18 days

Public Holiday : as per government list (16 days)

Performance Bonus : AWS and Performance Bonus

Job Descriptions :

Responsible in determining the best and most efficient uses of available resources, including equipment and staff to meet production goals.

Responsible in ensuring all dispensing, mixing, filling and packaging processes are executed according to approved procedures and complying with GMP requirements.

Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.

Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

Responsible to ensure that the required initial and continuous training of production personnel are carried out and adapted according to requirement.

Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.

Responsible for all qualifications and validations related to Production is properly executed and documented.

To prepare production related documentation.

Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.

To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person before send to quality control.

Responsible for reporting any non-conformities and deviations to the Production & Warehouse Manager to ensure immediate rectification.

Any other duties whenever assigned.

Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree in Science or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing environment.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

Able to carry out role independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

A proactive, committed and result oriented team player.
