We’re on the lookout for a Personal Assistant who’s more than just a calendar-keeper. Think of this role as being the right hand of the Managing Director; helping things run smoothly, connecting with people, and keeping the day-to-day on track.

What You’ll Do

Be the go-to support for the Managing Director, from scheduling to small projects.

Help out with documents, spreadsheets, and online meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Drive when needed (a valid licence is important).

Coordinate and liaise with staff, partners, and guests.

Be the “extra pair of hands and eyes” to keep things moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Comfortable with Docs, Sheets, Meet, and the basics of office software.

Must be able to drive and ideally live near Subang Jaya (we love local convenience!).

A positive, friendly personality with an open mind.

Willingness to learn and grow, we’re happy to teach and support the right person.
