Monitor delivery channel and project's performance and develop strategies to improve the channel's proposition, utilization & penetration rate, user experience & interface, project roadmap and execution.
Market Research & Analysis - Competitive intelligence gathering and client / industry segmentation survey.
Collaborate with TB Sales, Product Partners & regional counterparts to develop strategic business plans to increase Cash Management and Reflex penetration and utilization.
Develop and implement internal product training programs for TB Sales and Product Partners.
Pre / Post Sales & Implementation Support - supporting Sales, Client Support and Implementation Team in managing new client requirement (RFP) and closure of large or complex deals.
Product administration - managing issues related to vendor management, regulatory and compliance.
Channel Management - coordinate and manage product development life cycle & system development lifecycle. Support external stakeholders on SDLC which are related to cash management platform.
Channel Management Support - provide support to Client Services, Implementation team and Sales on the system issue escalation.
Mentor new joiners / assignee in managing and executing system development lifecycle.
Initiate, draft or manage the submission of paper for notation or approval related to cash management platform in the committee i.e GDTC, BRC, GTAC, BRC, GCRC or BNM.
Represent the team in relevant external events and forums with regards of digitalization.
Contribute new knowledge to Chapter and the industry in form of talks or articles.
Review & continuous refinement of user interface, system workflow and system response time in order to increase the penetration, utilization and to improve client experience.
Continuously support product manager in review and address evolving regulatory requirements from PayNet and BNM, ensuring adherence to all applicable guidelines at all times.
Responsible in leading a team, overseeing day-to-day tasks, and developing strategies for product initiatives, such as understanding customer needs, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
