Overview Overview of the Role : Passionate about work and handling sales-related issues with a positive attitude Able to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting team projects Participate in training programs, specialized projects, and share best practices Adhere to company rules, seek self-development, and provide solutions to problems Your hard work will be rewarded as you achieve your future dreams Requirements : Minimum SPM or above Good leadership and customer / dealer management skills Excellent sales skills, aggressive, result-driven, and highly motivated Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation Preferably 1 year of experience in Household Kitchen Appliances (Electric cooker, gas cooker, cooker hood, built in oven distribution OR At least 1 year selling / distribution in Commercial Kitchen Equipment. Independent, self-motivated, and determined to succeed in a challenging environment Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities : Achieve sales targets set by the company Maintain and service good business relationships with existing customers / dealers Prepare proposals and quotations for development projects / corporates Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for customers / dealers Ensure prompt AR collection and maintain healthy aging dues Submit and manage stock forecasts to ensure availability Gather market feedback on competitors' products Follow-up on after-sales service matters with internal and external parties Handle customer / dealer complaints and provide after-sales service Prepare monthly / quarterly sales reports Reach out to new customers and maintain long-term business opportunities 5 working days per week Annual bonus and high commission pay Training provided Annual leave EPF / SOCSO / PCB / EIS Additional Benefits : Medical and hospitalization leave Outstation allowance Birthday leave Monthly activities, including sports and festive event celebrations Long service award and best attendance award Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
