Senior Service Technician

About the role

Infinite QL Group Of Companies' is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician (Security Systems & ELV) to join our  Maintenance & Support Team

As a fulltime member, you will be responsible for after sales support and services, preventative maintenance and upkeep of our security systems and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of these critical systems.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively maintain and service security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems and network systems
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with ELV systems, such as lighting, audio, video equipment and computers and networks
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they arise
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to understand system requirements and implement changes or upgrades as needed
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance
• Prepare recommendation and reports to improve system performance and minimize downtime and outages
• To test and evaluate latest technology and thereafter conduct testing and proof of concept for customers systems upgrades
• Provide on-call support and respond promptly to emergency situations
