Team player with good communication with colleagues. Able to speak Chinese and English. Computer literated and knowledge in CAD / CAM is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1-3 years working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage. Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair sheet metal machines as well as metal cutting machines
- Providing on-site service support to customers including installation, commissioning and warranty service of equipment.
- Good coordination and understanding with sales and logistic department in order to improve customers' satisfaction.
- Forecasting and ensuring on-time availability of spare parts for the requested service activities at customer's site.
- Report duty to manager.
